Hot Jalapeno Crab Dip
- 1 pound Lump Crabmeat, Picked Over For Shells
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 cups Pickled Jalapenos, Chopped
- 1/4 pounds Monterey Jack Cheese With Jalapenos, Grated
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 ounces, weight Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1 package French Bread Pieces Or Other Crackers
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together the crabmeat, garlic, jalapenos, cheese, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt and mayo.
- Spoon into a medium-sized baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve with French bread pieces and crackers.
