Beef Goulash Recipe

  1. Coat beef cubes with flour and brown in oil.
  2. Add in onion and cook, stirring once in awhile, for 5 min.
  3. Add in rest of ingredients, cover, and simmer till meat is tender - about 2 1/2 hrs.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Serve over warm egg noodles.
  6. 6-7 servings.
