Garlic Butter And Spinach Pasta

  1. Prepare pasta following the directions on the box.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat.
  3. Add crushed garlic and continue to cook until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach, season with salt, pepper, and basil, and cook until spinach is wilted; about 1 minute or so.
  5. Remove from heat and pick out the garlic; discard.
  6. (optional)
  7. Drain cooked pasta and add to spinach; mix well.
  8. Top with fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano shavings.
  9. Serve.
