Garlic Butter And Spinach Pasta
- 8 oz Gnocchi pasta
- 5 tbsp Butter
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 5 cup Fresh spinach
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- 1 Salt and fresh ground pepper
- 1 Fresh Parmeggiano shavings, optional
- Prepare pasta following the directions on the box.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat.
- Add crushed garlic and continue to cook until fragrant.
- Add spinach, season with salt, pepper, and basil, and cook until spinach is wilted; about 1 minute or so.
- Remove from heat and pick out the garlic; discard.
- (optional)
- Drain cooked pasta and add to spinach; mix well.
- Top with fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano shavings.
- Serve.
