Spicy Cocktail Sauce

• 2 cups ketchup
• 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• Pinch of ground cayenne pepper
• Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

1. Stir together the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne in a small bowl.
2. Season to taste with salt and black pepper and serve or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
