Weiner Schnitzel (Low Calorie) Recipe

  1. Spread break crumbs on waxed paper, press veal into crumbs, coating both sides lightly.
  2. Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet; brown meat on both sides over moderate heat.
  3. Dissolve instant beef broth in boiling water; add in to skillet with lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Cover; bring to boiling.
  5. Simmer 20 min or possibly till meat is tender.
  6. Remove meat to serving platter; pour pan juices over.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
  8. Approximately 190 calories each.
