Breakfast Stir Fry Recipe
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 3 1/2 ounce liquid or possibly frzn whole egg Or possibly
- 2 lrg California Fresh Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. ginger slivered
- 1 x green onions thinly sliced
- 1 c. soba noodles cooked
- 6 x snow peas
- 4 x baby corn
- 1 x tomato sliced
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro chopped Green onion brooms
- Add in 1 tsp.
- oil to saute/fry pan over medium heat.
- Add in Large eggs cooking omelet style.
- Remove from heat and slice into strips.
- Add in remaining oil to pan.
- Add in ginger, green onions, baby corn, and snow peas.
- Cook over medium heat till ginger is fragrant and snow peas turn bright green, about 1 minute, then add in noodles.
- Saute/fry, stirring constantly till hot.
- Add in egg strips, tomatoes and soy sauce.
- Stir over heat till warm.
- Before serving, sprinkle each serving with 1 Tbsp.
- minced cilantro and garnish with onion broom.
