Tex-Mex Slaw
- 1-1/2 cups Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 6 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2-1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 4-1/2 qt. red cabbage, shredded
- 4-1/2 cups carrots, julienned Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 3 cups green peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1-1/2 cups red onions, cut lengthwise in half, then cut crosswise into thin slices
- 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
- Mix Miracle Whip, salsa, lime juice and seasonings until blended.
- Combine all remaining ingredients except pumpkin seeds in large bowl.
- Add Miracle Whip mixture; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Serve topped with pumpkin seeds.
