Dry Fried Shrimps with Tomatoes

  1. Clean and devein shrimp, dry.
  2. Chop green onions into 1 inch segments and mix together with broth, soy sauce and sherry.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan.
  4. Add chopped onions and garlic, and stir fry 25 seconds over high heat.
  5. Add shrimp; sprinkle with salt and stir fry 30 seconds.
  6. Add skinned and chopped tomatoes and stir fry one minute.
  7. Add broth/soy mixture and continue to stir fry 1 minute more.
  8. Add tomato sauce and tabasco.
  9. Serve over hot fettucine noodles.
