Beef Enchiladas

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Pour contents of Cheese Sauce into microwaveable bowl.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
  4. 30 sec.
  5. or until melted, stirring every 30 sec.
  6. Stir in milk.
  7. Microwave 15 sec.
  8. ; stir.
  9. Meanwhile, brown meat with onions in large skillet; drain.
  10. Add tomatoes and 3/4 cup Cheese Sauce to meat mixture in skillet; stir.
  11. Spoon meat mixture down centers of tortillas; roll up.
  12. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  13. Pour remaining Cheese Sauce over tortillas; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  14. Cover with foil.
  15. Bake 15 min.
  16. Remove foil; bake 5 min.
