Swiss Cheese Strata

  1. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, brown sausage, stirring to seperate meat.
  2. Spoon off fat.
  3. Butter 13- by 9-inch baking dish.
  4. In large bowl, combine stuffing, cheese, broccoli and sausage.
  5. Arrange evenly in prepared dish.
  6. In same bowl, beat eggs; stir in broth and halfand-half.
  7. Pour over stuffing mixture, covering all ingredients.
  8. Cover; refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
  9. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour Uncover.
  10. Bake at 350F (180C).
  11. for 30 minutes or until set.
