Fruited Bulgur Salad

  1. Boil 2 cups water.
  2. Pour the water over the bulgur in a heatproof container and cover.
  3. Let stand for 30 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
  4. Allow the bulgur to cool, uncovered, until it is at room temperature.
  5. Transfer the bulgur to a serving container.
  6. Add the remaining ingredients, stir to combine, and serve.
  7. If making ahead of time, add the almonds just before serving.
