Smoked bacon wrapped onion rings
- 4 sweet onions
- 1 packages bacon
- 2 tbsp Black pepper
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Cut onions into 1/2" thick rings.
- Remove most of the centers
- Brush onions with hot sauce
- Wrap each onion ring with bacon (2 to 3 slices) user skewer or toothpicks to hold on bacon
- Coat with pepper and smoke, grill, or bake for about 90 minutes at 250-350f
- To make Sriracha mayo, combine 2T mayo with 1 T Sriracha and 1 line juice
