Experimental Low-Cal Brownies
- 12 cup molasses
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 14 teaspoon instant coffee
- 14 cup applesauce
- 23 cup sweet potato puree
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 23 cup cocoa powder
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- melt butter, mix in cocoa powder.
- mix together flour, flax seed, baking powder, sweet potato, and molasses.
- mix together vanilla and instant coffee, add to cocoa mixture.
- add cocoa mixture to flour mixture.
- spoon into 8 x 8 greased baking dish, flatten surface.
- bake at 350 degrees for 20 minute.
