Experimental Low-Cal Brownies

  1. melt butter, mix in cocoa powder.
  2. mix together flour, flax seed, baking powder, sweet potato, and molasses.
  3. mix together vanilla and instant coffee, add to cocoa mixture.
  4. add cocoa mixture to flour mixture.
  5. spoon into 8 x 8 greased baking dish, flatten surface.
  6. bake at 350 degrees for 20 minute.
