Garlic & Herb-Crusted Prime Rib

  1. Pour 1/2 cup dressing over meat in large shallow glass dish.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  3. Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
  4. Place meat, bone-side down, in roasting pan.
  5. Bake 1 hour 45 min.
  6. Meanwhile, mix remaining dressing, herbs and garlic.
  7. Brush meat with dressing mixture.
  8. Bake 20 to 30 min.
  9. or until meat is medium-rare doneness (145 degrees F).
  10. Remove from oven.
  11. Cover with foil; let stand 15 min.
  12. before slicing.
