Easy Kettle Corn
- 1/2 cup Popcorn Kernels
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 quart Pot with Lid
- 1/4 cup Veg Oil
- Take your oil and heat it up on med-high.
- Place 4 kernels in the oil to test it out.
- Once all 4 kernels pop.. your oils ready!
- Now that your oils ready pour the rest of the kernels in the pot along with the sugar.. place top on pot.
- GET YOUR POT HOLDERS READY!!

- While the kernels heat up prepare to earn this yummy treat!
- Let the popcorn cook for 10 seconds then shake the entire pot (WITH POT HOLDERS) 5 times then return to heat.
- Repeat this process until the popcorn stops popping or lightly golden brown.
- Once done place in a bowl and toss with salt.
- Let cool, taste, should have a nice balance of salty meets sweet if not add a little more and enjoy!
