Easy Kettle Corn

  1. Take your oil and heat it up on med-high.
  2. Place 4 kernels in the oil to test it out.
  3. Once all 4 kernels pop.. your oils ready!
  4. Now that your oils ready pour the rest of the kernels in the pot along with the sugar.. place top on pot.
  5. GET YOUR POT HOLDERS READY!!

  7. While the kernels heat up prepare to earn this yummy treat!
  8. Let the popcorn cook for 10 seconds then shake the entire pot (WITH POT HOLDERS) 5 times then return to heat.
  9. Repeat this process until the popcorn stops popping or lightly golden brown.
  10. Once done place in a bowl and toss with salt.
  11. Let cool, taste, should have a nice balance of salty meets sweet if not add a little more and enjoy!
