Bac O's Omelet

• 2 egg whites
• 1 egg
• 14 cup bacon bits
• 1 slice American cheese

1. slightly beat eggs
2. add to pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
3. when bottom becomes firm add bacon bits and half the cheese.
4. flip.
5. add rest of cheese to top until melted.
