Cheese and Dill Muffins
- 2 cup buttermilk baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- heat oven to 450. using a muffin pan, grease each hole or use the paper drop-ins
- mix all above listed ingredients until soft dough forms.
- drop dough by spoonfuls into the muffin cups.
- bake until muffins are light brown.
- 10 minutes or so...
