BBQ Skirt Steak
- 3 cups BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups A.1. Original Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups balsamic glaze
- 12 each beef skirt steaks (7 oz. pieces)
- Mix first 3 ingredients; pour half over steaks in non-reactive pan.
- Turn to coat both sides of each steak.
- Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours to marinate.
- Refrigerate remaining barbecue sauce mixture for later use.
- For each serving: Remove 1 steak from marinade.
- Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or to medium or desired doneness, brushing with 1/4 cup of the remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last few minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 2 to 3 min.
- before cutting across the grain into thin slices to serve.
