Moist & Tangy Meatloaf
- 2 lbs ground sirloin
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup saltine, crushed
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 14 cup steak sauce
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup mustard
- 1 cup canned tomato, crushed
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In large bowl, combine meatloaf ingredients.
- Do not overmix -- just stir until incorporated.
- Place meatloaf into meatloaf pan.
- Combine glaze ingredients and brush onto meatloaf.
- Combine sauce ingredients and pour over top of meatloaf.
- Bake 1 hour.
