Super Quick Clam Dip

  1. In a blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine sour cream, cream cheese, onion flakes, paprika, and salt.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Place cream cheese mixture in the top of a double boiler set over simmering, not boiling, water.
  4. Stir in clams with juice, and parsley.
  5. Cook clam mixture stirring frequently, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  6. Do not boil.
  7. Transfer to a bowl and serve with crackers and vegetables for dipping.
  8. Can be served hot or cold!
