Pork Chops with Apple and Stuffing

  1. In a skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  3. Spread pie filling into a greased 13 inch x 9 inch x2 inch, baking dish.
  4. Place the pork chops on top; spoon stuffing over chops.
  5. Cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  6. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer.
