Garlic shrimp
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 dash salt n pepper
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 sherry cooking wine
- 1 parsley flakes
- 1 box thin spaghetti
- 1 dash adobo
- 3 tbsp butter
- set heat to med high and add garlic and 2 tblsp of butter
- once butter is melted add shrimp.
- cook for 3-4 mins each side.
- season shrimp salt pepper adobo.
- shrimp shld be deveined btw
- once all shrimp is done set aside in separate plate and add sherry to the pan.
- dont be stingy add enough to get flavors out of pan.
- add spaghetti and last tblsp of butter.
- **note spaghetti shld be cooked n boiled already**
- mix spaghetti to get all the flavor from pan.
- add shrimp to pan and mix up w parsley flakes.
- Let sit for about 5 mins or so and shld be ready to serve!
