Sizzling Shrimp Stir-Fry

  1. Mix corn starch and soy sauce until well blended.
  2. Stir in broth and 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing.
  4. Heat remaining dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Add shrimp, ginger and garlic; stir-fry 3 min.
  6. or until shrimp turn pink.
  7. Add bok choy; stir-fry 2 min.
  8. Add peas and onions; stir-fry 2 to 3 min.
  9. or until crisp-tender.
  10. Stir in soy sauce mixture; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  11. Simmer on medium heat 1 to 2 min.
  12. or until thickened, stirring frequently.
  13. Add tomatoes; cook and stir 1 min.
  14. or until heated through.
  15. Serve over rice.
