Paprika Chicken Skillet

  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in paprika and pepper.
  4. Add chicken; cook 2 min.
  5. on each side.
  6. Add broth.
  7. Bring to boil; cover.
  8. Simmer on low heat 15 min.
  9. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
  10. Remove chicken from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet.
  11. Cover chicken to keep warm.
  12. Add sour cream to drippings; stir to scrape up browned bits from bottom of skillet.
  13. Cook and stir 5 min.
  14. or until heated through; spoon over chicken.
  15. Serve over rice.
