Paprika Chicken Skillet
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 onion, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
- Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
- Stir in paprika and pepper.
- Add chicken; cook 2 min.
- on each side.
- Add broth.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on low heat 15 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
- Remove chicken from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet.
- Cover chicken to keep warm.
- Add sour cream to drippings; stir to scrape up browned bits from bottom of skillet.
- Cook and stir 5 min.
- or until heated through; spoon over chicken.
- Serve over rice.
