Broccoli With Garlic And White Wine ... Recipe

  1. In a 12- to 14-inch saute/fry pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and garlic till just sizzling.
  2. Add in the broccoli and cook, tossing regularly for 8 to 10 min, till the stem is tender.
  3. Use the wine to slow the cooking down if the garlic begins to brown.
  4. When the broccoli is tender, add in the chile flakes and zests and place on a platter.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
