Sage Chicken Linguine
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 2 teaspoons rubbed sage
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 cup white wine
- 14 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 8 ounces cooked linguine
- Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and sage.
- Cook over medium heat until browned.
- Add wine and broth and remove chicken from pan.
- Bring liquid to a boil until reduced by half.
- Add butter and stir with a whisk.
- Serve over linguine.
