Banana Cake Recipe

  1. Cream shortening & add in sugar.
  2. Add in Large eggs, beating well after each.
  3. Stir in bananas.
  4. Add in dry ingredients & then nuts.
  5. Pour into greased & floured 8x8x2-inch pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
  7. Cut into squares & serve hot or possibly cool.
  8. Put whipped topping on top when served.
  9. Yields 9-12 servings.
