Raspberry Yoghurt Muffins
- 1 cup raspberries (crushed)
- 1 (8 ounce) container yoghurt (berry-flavoured)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup apple (grated)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 12 cups white sugar
- 3 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- Preheat oven to 170C.
- Mix dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine the two mixture.
- Line muffin tray with muffin cases.
- Place mixture into muffin tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes in oven.
