Mexican Taco Salad Recipe
- 1 lg. head lettuce, shredded
- 1 pound Longhorn cheese, chop into small bits
- 1 (15 ounce.) can Old El Paso Mexi-beans, drain and chill
- 2 tomatoes, diced finely
- 1 med. onion, minced fine
- 1 (8 ounce.) bottle Kraft Catalina dressing
- 1 reg. pkg. Doritos, crushed
- Mix cheese, beans, tomatoes, onion and dressing together, refrigerate1 1/2 hrs.
- Before serving add in lettuce and doritos.
- Serves 12.
