BAKER'S Double Decker Fudge
- 1 cup almond paste
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 pkg. (170 g each) Baker's Bittersweet Chocolate
- 1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's White Chocolate
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- BEAT almond paste with butter.
- MELT 1 pkg.
- bittersweet chocolate; stir in half of the almond mixture.
- Spread in 8 inch (20 cm) foil-lined pan.
- Freeze 10 minutes.
- MIX melted white chocolate into remaining mixture.
- Spread over first layer.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- MELT remaining bittersweet chocolate over hot water.
- Drizzle over nuts; spread evenly.
- Chill; cut into squares.
