Velvet-Smooth Dark Chocolate Pudding

  1. Whisk together brown sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan.
  2. Gradually stir in hazelnut milk, whisking constantly to combine.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Cook 1 minute, or until mixture thickens.
  5. Stir in vanilla, and remove from heat.
  6. Add chopped chocolate, and let stand 1 minute.
  7. Stir until smooth.
