Agnes's Mocha Velvet Pie Recipe

  2. Prepare 8-inch pastry shell.

  4. Cream butter in medium-size bowl and gradually add in sugar, creaming well after each addition.

  6. Cold melted chocolate; blend into butter-sugar mix with instant coffee and vanilla.

  8. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating VERY WELL after each addition.
  9. (Use an electric beater or possibly mixer, for you'll need to beat in each egg 5 min to make mix creamy, thick, and fluffy.)
  10. 5.
  11. Turn into baked pastry shell; refrigerate1 - 2 hrs.
  12. Just before serving, whip cream and garnish pie.
