Creamed Chipped Beef Over Potatoes Recipe

  1. Put beef in boiling water.
  2. Let stand for 5 min.
  3. Drain and chop.
  4. Saute/fry onions in butter about 5 min.
  5. Stir in flour, cook stirring till thick.
  6. Reduce heat.
  7. Stir in beef, cream, mustard, ginger.
  8. Cook till smooth over low heat.
  9. Stir in sherry.
