Pear Nut Tart
- 4 red or bosc pears
- 1 --9 inch pie crust
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- preheat oven to 350F
- poke pie crust with fork to prevent crust from bubbling up
- slice pears and arrange in crust
- sprinkle flour over pears
- scatter pecans over pears
- sprinkle sugar and cinnamon
- dab butter all over top.
- bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden and top is bubbly.
- serve warm, and enjoy
