Rocky Crunch Cakes

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix well until mixture resembles a stiff dough.
  5. Place heaped teaspoons ( or 1 tablespoon if you want large cookies) of mixture on baking paper lined tray, forming rocky shapes.
  6. Bake approxamtely 15 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before slightly removing from the tray.
