Farmers Breakfast

  1. In large skillet, fry bacon.
  2. Then add hashbrowns, onion powder, & parsley.
  3. Stir & cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Can add a little olive oil (up to 2 tbsp) if things start to stick.
  5. If you decide to use things like turkey bacon, you will need olive oil & maybe up to 4 tbsp, since other bacons, besides pork, do not produce as much grease.
  6. Stir in eggs, salt, & pepper.
  7. Evenly spread in pan.
  8. Top with cheese.
  9. Cover & cook for 5 more minutes.
  10. Loosen gently with spatula, cut into wedges & serve up.
