Lemony Chicken Soup

  1. In a soup kettle or large saucepan, melt butter.
  2. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually add 2 cups broth, milk and cream.
  3. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Stir in the chicken, lemon juice, salt, pepper, nutmeg and remaining broth.
  5. Cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish each serving with a lemon slice.
