Grilled Steakhouse Chicken Sandwiches

  1. SLICE chicken breast into strips
  2. PLACE in pan and pour marinade over and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade.
  4. Discard marinade.
  5. COOK over direct high heat on grill for 7 minutes, turn often and baste with additional A.1.
  6. sauce
  7. REMOVE from grill when done, cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes
  8. SAUTE mushrooms in melted butter on stove top
  9. ASSEMBLE sandwiches with cheese, mushrooms and onions
