Classic Chili Con Carne Recipe
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Onion (Or 1/2 Onion, Chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Pinto Or Kidney Beans
- 16 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Ro-tel (Tomatoes With Green Chilies)
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- Tofutti Sour Cream
- Tofutti American Cheese
- Corn/Tortilla Chips
- Prepared Yellow Mustard

- Cook the beef and onion (or onion seasoning) until brown.
- Drain off fat.

- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- 3.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30-45 minutes.
- Serve with desired toppings.
