Magic Lemon Meringue Pie Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed lowfat milk, Realemon and rind.
  3. Turn into pie shell.
  4. In small bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar till foamy; gradually add in sugar, beating till stiff but not dry.
  5. Spread meringue on top of pie sealing carefully to edge of shell.
  6. Bake 15 min or possibly till meringue is golden.
  7. Cold.
  8. Refrigeratebefore serving.
  9. Chill leftovers.
