Swordfish with Garlic Mash

  1. Place fish into a shallow dish and pour over 2 tablespoons of the dressing, coat well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes.
  3. Grill or panfry 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked.
  4. Place potatoes into a large saucepan of water and bring to the boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes until tender.
  5. Drain well.
  6. Mash and stir through the garlic milk and chives until smooth.
  7. Serve fish on a bed of mashed potato, drizzled with remaining dressing and seasonal vegetables.
