Swordfish with Garlic Mash
- 4 swordfish steaks, or similar, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup KRAFT FREE* French Herbs Dressing
- 2 sweet potatoes (600g), peeled, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon reduced fat milk, gently heated with
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- Seasonal vegetables or salad to serve
- Place fish into a shallow dish and pour over 2 tablespoons of the dressing, coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes.
- Grill or panfry 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked.
- Place potatoes into a large saucepan of water and bring to the boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes until tender.
- Drain well.
- Mash and stir through the garlic milk and chives until smooth.
- Serve fish on a bed of mashed potato, drizzled with remaining dressing and seasonal vegetables.
