Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
- 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Hot Sauce (I Like Sriracha Or Anything With A Kick)
- 1/2 cups Your Favorite BBQ Sauce (I Like Jack Daniel's Original No. 7)
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 4 whole Hamburger Buns Or Dinner Rolls
- 1 whole Large Avocado, Peeled, Pitted And Sliced
- 4 teaspoons Prepared Horseradish Sauce (optional)

- Place chicken, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and BBQ sauce with a bit of salt and pepper in a small slow cooker and toss to coat the chicken on all sides.
- Put the lid on and cook on low for 6-10 hours.

- When youre ready to eat, turn off the slow cooker and shred the chicken with two forks.
- The chicken should be very soft and shred with little effort.

- To assemble the sandwiches, put a scoop of chicken on the bottom half of each hamburger bun.
- Top with a few slices of avocado and a teaspoon of horseradish.
