Sour Cream Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Sift flour, baking soda, and cardamom together.
  3. Cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add flour misture and sour cream alternately.
  5. Pour into well-greased and lightly floured bundt pan.
  6. Bake 1 hour.
  7. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
  8. Cool on wire rack and then dust with confectioners sugar.
