Nan SC's Sour Cream Poundcake

  1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until yellow disappears.
  3. Combine flour, soda and salt.
  4. Add dry ingredients and sour cream, alternately, to creamed mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
  5. Stir in flavorings.
  6. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  7. Bake at 325F for 1-1/2 hours or until test done.
