Chuckwagon Beef Stew

  1. Cook and stir meat in hot oil in 4-qt.
  2. saucepot on medium-high heat 5 min.
  3. or until meat is evenly browned, stirring occasionally; drain.
  4. Add vegetables and broth; stir.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
  7. Simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
  8. Stir in steak sauce.
  9. Serve over rice.
