Moes chicken and mushroom
- 2 large Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1 large Onion Chopped
- 200 grams Button Mushrooms cut into 1/4
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 cup Chicken and Mushroom Soup Mix
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 1/2 cup Sweet Pepper chopped
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Corn Flour to thicken
- Fry Chicken pieces until coloured, add Salt,Pepper and Garlic granuals and mix well.
- Remove chicken put into a greased croc pot with lid..
- Use Butter to melt, in fry pan and add Chopped Onions, saute onions until opaque in colourthen add 1/4 Cut Mushrooms fry for 3 mins stirring.
- Add Black Pepper and Sweet pepers mix well then transfer to croc pot with Chicken stir to mix .
- Add Lemon , Stock , water , can of Chicken and Mushroom soup mix.
- Stir mix well bring to the boil reduce heat to simmer for 1 - 1 1/2 stirring occasionary.
- At the end stir in Corn flour mixed in a small amount of water and stir in to thicken if you want it thicker just add another heaped teaspoon of corn flour to a small amount of water ..
- Serve with Boiled New Potatoes or Potatoe Wedges.
- If you like it not thickened you can have Crusty cobs to dip in.
