Moes chicken and mushroom

  1. Fry Chicken pieces until coloured, add Salt,Pepper and Garlic granuals and mix well.
  2. Remove chicken put into a greased croc pot with lid..
  3. Use Butter to melt, in fry pan and add Chopped Onions, saute onions until opaque in colourthen add 1/4 Cut Mushrooms fry for 3 mins stirring.
  4. Add Black Pepper and Sweet pepers mix well then transfer to croc pot with Chicken stir to mix .
  5. Add Lemon , Stock , water , can of Chicken and Mushroom soup mix.
  6. Stir mix well bring to the boil reduce heat to simmer for 1 - 1 1/2 stirring occasionary.
  7. At the end stir in Corn flour mixed in a small amount of water and stir in to thicken if you want it thicker just add another heaped teaspoon of corn flour to a small amount of water ..
  8. Serve with Boiled New Potatoes or Potatoe Wedges.
  9. If you like it not thickened you can have Crusty cobs to dip in.
  10. Serves 4
