San Antonio Chili

  1. In dutch oven, brown meat.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add seasonings and water.
  4. Heat to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour and 30 min.
  6. Skim off fat Stir in corn meal and simmer uncovered for 30 min.
  7. Stir occasionally.
