Shrimp Po'boys

  1. Preheat vegetable oil in deep skillet.
  2. Beat egg and milk together.
  3. Salt shrimp and soak in milk.
  4. Coat shrimp in breading and fry in oil 5 to 6 minutes until golden, turning over to brown both sides.
  5. Squeeze lemon over shrimp.
  6. Pile lettuce and tomato on rolls, top with shrimp.
  7. Mix relish, mustard and hot sauce together and dot on shrimp.
  8. Enjoy!
