BBQ Catfish in Husk
- 1 cup kraft barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 lbs catfish fillets
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- 1 large fresh corn husk
- Combine sauce, parsley and mustard, mix well.
- Sprinkle both sides of fish with seasonings.
- Brush both sides with sauce mix.
- Place each filet on corn husk, tie with string to secure.
- Broil fish 4-6 minutes on each side, or grill over low coals 4-6 minutes on each side.
