Stuffed pork loin
- 1 pork loin
- 1 bunch fresh mushrooms
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1 handful green onions chopped
- 1 packages BACON
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1 cup lawrys lemon pepper marinade
- 1 any seasonings u like
- 1 cup garlic and herb bread crums
- Mix lemon pepper marinade and Italian dressing and marinade pork loin for a few hours
- Half way fry bacon
- Saute mushrooms, celery,red onion,and green onion in butter
- While that's going on slice pork loin down the side ...u can place the bacon under it and wrap it but I kinda messed that up so I layered the bacon on the inside
- Add cream of celery and bread crumbs to mushrooms n cook it for a few minutes then stuff it in the pork loin and try to close it with tooth picks
- Pre heat oven to 425
- Cook for 30 minutes uncovered
- Mix cream of mushroom and one can of water n pour over loin .cover n return to oven til done
